Location. Location…Luxury

The perfect house or the perfect location?

Why not both?

We really mean it when we say that we have revamped London’s most beautiful properties. Our creative touch has left its mark on the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London’s urban villages!

You simply can’t get bored of London! The city never ceases to amaze me. I like to think of it as a collection of individual villages with different personalities, identities and characters. Walking through London’s streets feels like you’re travelling the world, as you encounter many different communities with their own distinct contributions to the urban fabric. London is also masterfully planned; urban space is woven around an extraordinary network of green spaces, parks and squares of unparalleled beauty.

Behind its compelling urban fabric lies a rich history. The City of London is nearly 2000 years old! It comes as no surprise then that London is home to some truly spectacular areas and properties. Its many affluent roads, hotels, restaurants, parks and more attract a wealth of buyers interested in luxury property. Homes in London’s most sought-after areas make an excellent investment; their history and charm definitely sweetens the deal too.

I can’t begin to explain how honoured I feel every time I am handed the keys to one of these jewels of architecture and history. It’s a privilege to spend days (sometimes weeks or months) bringing the space and its heritage to life. At times I feel like a time traveller. Pure delight!

With so many choices when it comes to premium London locations, is there even a right or a wrong decision when buying luxury property in this city? Well, yes and no. Let me explain. While there are many areas offering premium properties, beautiful surroundings, luxury shops and superior restaurants, you also need to take your lifestyle into account!

If you’re a buyer deciding on an ideal location in London (or elsewhere), the first step is to consider whether the location meets your specific needs and requirements. These specifications look different for different people. Perhaps you want to be close to pubs and restaurants? Maybe it’s important for your property to be in a great school district.

The beauty of buying in London’s top-tier areas is that excellent property values and access to amenities are all but guaranteed. This leaves you to focus on whether the area corresponds with your lifestyle. Can you see yourself living there? Can you picture yourself walking down the streets, visiting the local restaurants or enjoying the sights? In the luxury property market, it’s often more about forming a connection with a home and a location. Buying happens out of want rather than out of need.

I believe there’s a perfect location in London for just about anyone. Personally, Hampstead and St. John’s Wood are my favourites! And, when it comes to luxury living, I don’t think anywhere equals Regent Park! I never get tired of looking at its white, continuous stucco ring of elegant terraces. Consider your lifestyle, identify potential areas that correspond with it and buy where you can see yourself living. With all London has to offer, trust me, it won’t be that hard!

Kind Regards,
Anna
